Job Details

• Position: Mammography Technologist / Radiologic Technologist
• Location: Atlanta, GA 30342 - a vibrant, welcoming area in North Atlanta known for its convenient access to dining, shopping, and everyday amenities, making it a great place to live and work.
• Start Date: September 9, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870 - $2,010
• Setting: Women's imaging / breast care / outpatient imaging center
• Employment Type: Travel healthcare job

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in mammography or a closely related radiology specialty
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• ARRT certification in Mammography required
• Experience with stereotactic biopsy preferred
• Ability to competently perform mammography quality control
• Strong technical skills with the ability to work independently and under indirect supervision
• Experience performing all types of mammography studies, including needle localization and ductograms

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality mammography examinations in a specialized breast imaging environment
• Support stereotactic biopsy procedures and related diagnostic imaging workflows
• Complete mammography quality control tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Assist with needle localization and ductogram studies as needed
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and professionalism throughout each exam
• Work efficiently in a setting that values autonomy, attention to detail, and excellent patient care
