Opportunity:
Mammo Tech - Mammography
Job Details:
• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience required
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Perform 3D mammography, screening and diagnostic exams, and stereotactic biopsy procedures
• PenRad and DEXA Scan experience required
• Hologic experience required; QA on mammography units preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Work with breast patients including screening, diagnostic, and breast procedure cases
• Off-site location performs screenings only
• Float between onsite and off-site campuses based on needs
• Weekend rotation every other Saturday
• No on-call responsibilities
• Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
• Free parking available
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, Illinois IEMA License

This facility is a Level I Trauma Center and Level II NICU with Magnet Designation, serving as both a teaching hospital and Primary Stroke Center. The facility operates 273 beds and maintains 3 onsite mammography beds and 1 offsite location. The facility offers 24/7 support including supervisory staff, radiology technologists, and hospitalist coverage.
