As a Maker Center Associate II, you willplay a vital role in the day-to-day flow of Rebel Athletic’s warehouseoperations. From shipping and receiving to organizing inventory and preparingorders, you will make sure our products get where they are needed - on time,every time. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, attention to detail,and pride in accuracy.

Summary

TheMaker Center Associate II is a skilled production teammate responsible forsupporting the day-to-day operations of Rebel Athletic’s Maker Center. Thisrole focuses on production tasks such as prep, embellishment, quality control,inventory movement, and workflow support for screen printing, embroidery, heatpress, and other customization processes. Maker Center Associate II teammembers are expected to work efficiently, maintain strong accuracy, operatewith minimal supervision, and support continuous improvements to productionspeed and product quality.

Thisposition requires solid technical ability, an eye for detail, and the abilityto thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks. MakerCenter Associate II staff also assist with maintaining equipment, organizingmaterials, and ensuring accurate item handoffs between production stages.

Duties and Responsibilities

Production Support

  • Preparematerials for embellishment including sorting, organizing, counting, andtagging inventory.
  • Assistwith screen printing, heat press, embroidery, vinyl application, and otherproduction processes as assigned.
  • Stageitems for departments such as screen printing and embroidery to ensuresmooth workflow.
  • Performquality checks at each production step to ensure alignment with Rebelstandards.
  • Supportproduction of team orders, replenishment orders, specialty items, andhigh-volume projects.

Equipment and Materials

  • Operatebasic equipment, tools, and machinery safely following proper procedures.
  • Assistwith upkeep, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment andworkstations.
  • Track andrestock production supplies including inks, vinyl, threads, transfers, andother materials.
  • Reportequipment issues to management promptly.

Inventory and Workflow

  • Receiveand move inventory into designated production areas.
  • Pickitems for production departments and verify counts for accuracy.
  • Organizematerials to maximize space and efficiency.
  • Assistwith daily and periodic inventory counts.

Shipping and Fulfillment Support

  • Assistwith packing completed orders, verifying accuracy, and preparing items forshipment.
  • Supportlabeling and staging orders for outgoing fulfillment when needed.
  • Coordinatewith carriers such as UPS, FedEx, LTL, and DHL to ensure timely pickup andaccurate outbound documentation.

General Operations

  • Maintaina clean, organized workspace that meets safety and efficiency standards.
  • Communicatewith team members to ensure proper flow between production steps.
  • Performother duties as assigned to support Maker Center operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2years of experience in a production, warehouse, or customizationenvironment.
  • Abilityto read and understand order forms, production notes, and labeling.
  • Abilityto lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks daily.
  • Strongattention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
  • Abilityto multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortablelearning and operating production equipment and software.
  • Self-motivatedwith the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Validdriver’s license if travel between Rebel Athletic locations is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiaritywith production equipment, tools, and consumables.
  • Experienceworking in a high-volume manufacturing or embellishment setting.
  • Basiccomputer skills including labeling, production systems, or WMS platforms.

  • Organization – Keeps tools, materials,workstations, and inventory areas clean, labeled, and efficient to support fastproduction movement.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced,hands-on production environment.
  • Regularstanding, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand motion.
  • Abilityto lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily production tasks.
  • Workaround heat press equipment, screen printing supplies, and productionmachinery.
  • Standardhours (Monday – Friday) with occasional overtime based on production load.
