Salary Information: $250,000 - $290,000

Role responsibilities

• Perform annual healthcare evaluation for adults in all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute illness.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic illnesses such as heart disease, cholesterol management, diabetes, thyroid, other endocrine disorders, and arthritis.
• Provide patient education, disease prevention guidance, and health maintenance support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active New York Medical License.
