Flexible Scheduling | Bonus Opportunities | Supportive Team Culture
Are you an OT seeking a workplace where your voice is heard, your expertise is valued, and your professional growth is a priority? Now hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who’s ready to thrive in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment that respects both clinical excellence and work‑life balance.
Why Join Us?
This practice does things differently. Founded by a clinician who understands the frustrations of burnout and being undervalued, it was built to champion therapists and the important work they do. Here’s how:
- Therapist-First Approach: Your schedule is designed to protect your energy — with intentional breaks, manageable caseloads, and protected time for planning and collaboration.
- Support for Growth: Mentorship isn’t an afterthought. You’ll have opportunities to learn from and collaborate with experienced OTs, SLPs, and PTs.
- You’re Not Just a Number: Creativity is welcomed, feedback is encouraged, and your input directly shapes the direction of the programs.
- Culture of Innovation: Downtime from cancellations becomes time for program development, reflection, and innovation — not wasted minutes.
