Major Gifts Director — Faith‑Based Campus Expansion

CityHouse in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Ministries Partnerships and Gifts Director to build a major gifts program, cultivate donors, and work closely with the Executive Director and board. The role focuses on growing a portfolio of high-impact donors and translating relationships into expanded residential care for families.

You will lead strategy, craft compelling proposals, conduct donor meetings and campus tours, and ensure accurate records in the CRM, while upholding CityHouse's
