Majesco Solution ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced Majesco Solution Architect with strong expertise in the insurance domain to design and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise-level implementations. The ideal candidate will lead requirement discussions, define solution architecture, and ensure successful execution aligned with business and technology goals.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end solution architecture to meet client business and process objectivesLead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutionsDevelop high-level and low-level design for applications/product suitesDrive solution architecture across multiple applications within the enterprise ecosystemLead product implementation from a solution and technology perspectiveSupport project execution, ensuring alignment with architectural standardsPrepare and review effort estimations and contribute to planningSupport pre-sales activities including solutioning and client presentationsCollaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure solution quality and complianceRequired Skills & Experience:Strong domain expertise in P&C (Property & Casualty) and/or L&A (Life & Annuities) Insurance across North America, India, APAC, or UK marketsHands-on experience with Majesco platform (ICD/ICM modules)Proficiency in UML-based analysis and design (e.g., Rational Rose, TogetherJ)Experience with business rules engines and workflow designStrong Java-based object-oriented design and development experienceExpertise in both high-level and detailed technical designProven experience in conducting requirement workshops and understanding business processesKnowledge of framework-based architecture design for functional and non-functional requirementsExperience leading teams of software engineers/technical specialistsStrong understanding of RDBMS concepts and database design
