Individual should be self-motived and be able to work independently to complete all orders as assigned.Essential Job FunctionsCreate and maintain a wellness and recovery-oriented environment by using respectful, person-first language, documentation, and interactions.Provide the highest quality customer service to all employees and customers as follows: be friendly, responding promptly, know your service, listen to and get to know our staff and customers, be open to asking, receiving and using feedback, create positive work relationships, always follow up with assignments and be curious.Maintain a culture of compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, laws and high ethical standards.Program OperationsLight carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, able to work on ladders change light bulbs.Change ceiling tilesPaint sheetrock and spacklingAssists in any snow removal and salting as neededStrip and wax floorsSteam cleaning carpets as needed or willing to learnFill out paper work in a timely mannerHelp with any cleaning as neededInspect all condos every three months and submit all paper work on time.Help Maintain all Bridgeway property's and leased property's as directed.

Bring any needed repairs to the attention of the property Manager.Management of the BusinessMaintains supplies inventory o Maintains equipment and vehicles to maximize safety and longevityPerforms other duties as requiredScope of ResponsibilityFamiliarizes self with the formal and informal departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures which may include some familiarity of other departments within the agencyDecision MakingOn a regular and continuous basis, exercises sound judgmentOther Skills/AbilitiesSpecial Skills:Excellent van driving skillsWork early morning and evening hours as neededChange schedule to meet the needs of the programCommunication Skills:Relates well to people of all ages, races and socio-economic backgrounds and disability groupsPresents and fosters a trusting professional relationship with all persons encountered on a daily basisUpbeat, professional attitude, and a willingness to learnGood verbal skillsStrong attention to detailContacts the Property Manager as appropriate in order to trouble shoot facility issuesGood organizational and problem-solving abilityMust demonstrate a high level of initiative and ability to work autonomouslyPhysical Skills:Lift 50 lbsComputer Proficiency:Operate a personal computer and successfully navigate in order to access e-mail, electronic calendars and other basic office support software as well as web based programs such as essential learningRequirements:Education/Certifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentMaintenance & cleaning experience a plus.Experience:Grounds Keeping and general maintenance service experience preferredDriver's License, Vehicle:Valid driver's license required with no more than one moving violation within the past 12 monthsVehicle requiredBridgeway Behavioral Health Services is committed to inclusive hiring and dedicated to diversity in our work and workplace culture.
