Maintenance Worker IITryfacta is seeking a Maintenance Worker II for our client in Woodsbend YDC 41472. This is a temporary contract assignment. Position Title: Maintenance Worker II Location: Woodsbend YDC 41472 Duration: 1 year Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Pay rate: $18.00Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Assist supervisors in coordinating the work of staff while maintaining and repairing plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.Provides assistance to carpenters and electricians.
Paints buildings and structures inside and out. Repairs grounds maintenance equipment and tools.Provides assistance to the other skilled trades personnel.Assist in repairing equipment, assist with upkeep of building and grounds, and assist in preventative maintenanceOperates, maintains and repairs equipment and tools. Maintains records.
