Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment.ResponsibilitiesInstallation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipmentMaintenance of natural gas and liquids separation & filtration systemsTroubleshooting and repair of condensate stabilization and amine treating systemsOperation and maintenance of turbine, reciprocating, and screw compression systemsRegular interface with instrumentation & electrical technician, plant operator, engineering, control room, supply chain, management, environmental, and safety teamsQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in gas processing or related industryMust live within 45 minutes from Three Rivers, TX and Runge, TX.High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree or Technical training preferred.Valid US Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, MVR, agility and fit for duty.Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending stooping is required.Must be able to wear personal protective equipment.
Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.Understanding of importance of environmental and safe work practices.Ability to: Work independently in a fast-paced environment, Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with minimal supervision, Read and interpret technical documents such as manuals, schematics, and P&IDs and Communicate effectively both verbally and in writingFamiliarity with: Mechanical systems and rotating equipment, Standard safety and operational procedures in oil and gas environments.Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and respond to callouts or emergencies as needed
