Lutheran Social Services seeks a Maintenance Technician to support safe, comfortable facilities that enable our behavioral health, housing, and family services programs. In this on-site role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, and respond to urgent repair requests in resident and program areas. You will help ensure compliance with safety and health standards, document work performed, and coordinate with staff and vendors.
