The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Office Administrator and Facilities & Maintenance Technician to ensure work orders are handled efficiently, equipment remains reliable, and community spaces are prepared for daily use and special events. Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facility services, or skilled trade work required. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems, and facility operations. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot repairs and coordinate with vendors or specialists. Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset with professionalism in resident interactions. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, work at heights, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in seasonal weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications preferred.
