More details upon interview.Requirement: 3+ years experience required.Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.Maintenance Technician Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintenance technicians handle various routine service requests in commercial buildings and determine when a job requires the expertise of a plumber, an electrician, a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) technician or another expert. They may also have administrative duties, such as documenting work orders.
