Westborough, Camp Wind in the Pines, and Confidential Shelter.Supervisory Responsibilities:None.Duties/Responsibilities:Assist Facilities Director with general and minor maintenance dutiesWork collaboratively with the Facilities Director ensuring to report problems and /or concerns in a timely mannerPerform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing doors, locks, or windows.Respond to maintenance requestsEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.Maintain a log of completed repairs and follow safety procedures at all times.Maintain a professional relationship with members, outside vendors, and staff members.Required Skills/Abilities:Ability to work independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Reliable and punctualQualificationsEducation and Experience:High school or trade school graduate or equivalentValid Driver's License and reliable vehicle requiredProven experience in building or equipment maintenance preferred.Bilingual skills are a plusPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at timesPerform physical tasks that include standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
