Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance professional to support safe, welcoming facilities for our behavioral health, housing, and social service programs. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive maintenance, complete repair work orders, and respond to facility emergencies across residential and program spaces. Duties include basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work; maintaining grounds and common areas; inspecting for safety risks; and documenting all work.
