Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm. Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hourEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRepair or replace defective equipment parts.Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines run smoothly and operate efficiently.Inspect drives, motors, and belts, adjust machine parameters, check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance activities.Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices.Assemble, install, and repair wiring, electrical components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment.Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess The FollowingGeneral electrical and/or mechanical experience.Experience with multi-layer film blowing extrusion equipment.Experience with bag machines, printing presses or material converting equipment.Some knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Tools & TechnologyHand toolsVolt Ohm MeterWeldingMachining tools example: drill press, band saw, belt sanderRead and interpret schematics.Scissor lift and forklift operation.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years solid and continuous work experience beyond an entry level role required.
