Your new role
The job duties of the Overnight Maintenance Tech will include, among others:
- Oversight of maintenance related to HVAC and mechanical systems
- Manage Preventive Maintenance activities, diagnose and resolve any mechanical/electrical issues
- Perform light maintenance as needed; carpentry, plaster electrical
- Work with 3rd party vendors if needed
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Experience conducting commercial building maintenance
- Relevant FDNY certs are a plus
- Good pulse in safety, and ability to communicate with building tenants
- ***Must be able to work the following hours: Midnight-8am***
