Pay: $35.00-$40.00/HR, Depending On Experience

What You'll Do

• Prioritize, organize, and oversee the maintenance and care of all company-owned properties and grounds.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
• Coordinate and manage contracted services, including electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and other property maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to work orders, project schedules, job costs, materials used, and completed work.
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance history.
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure work is completed on schedule and to company standards.
• Conduct routine property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and common areas as needed.
• Perform grounds maintenance, including weed removal and general upkeep.
• Replace batteries and assist with maintenance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
