Maintenance TechnicianAre you a skilled, multi-trade maintenance technician who takes pride in keeping equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently? We're looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support plant and building operations in a hands-on, safety-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and being a critical part of overnight operations.What You'll Bring to the Table:Proficiency in at least two trades: building, electrical, and/or mechanical2+ years of experience in plant or building maintenanceWorking knowledge of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and confined spaceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret sketches, diagrams, and technical instructionsClear communication skills in EnglishAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout a shiftCommitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environmentNice to Have:Experience with emergency procedures and contingency planningFamiliarity with computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS)Additional trade certifications or technical trainingEducation & Experience:Completion of at least the 10th gradeTwo or more years of hands-on experience in building, electrical, or mechanical maintenanceEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredAdditional Requirements:Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts, four days per weekWillingness to adhere to confidentiality standardsPhysically capable of sustained activity in a shop-floor environmentCompensation:$23.00 - $26.00/hour, based on experience1st shift position with overtime available Monday – 4am-4pm (For startup of the plant), Tuesday-Thursday: 6am-4pm, overtime available on Fridays and rotation with maintenance team for Saturday nights if the plant is running.If you're ready to put your skills to work in a role where they're truly valued, we'd love to hear from you.For more information and immediate consideration call Kristin at or email her at Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
