Position: Maintenance Technician Level 3
Opening: Maintenance Tech (Level 3)
Location: Ludlow, MA 01056
Hours: 3rd shift - The hours are 11pm-7:30am Sunday – Thursday. Some overtime as needed.
Pay Rate: $34.50-$44.00/hr Shift pay differential is .75 cents per hour.

The hiring manager is looking for a strong maintenance professional. The maintenance team will consist of 4 -5 total employees.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing environment and have strong troubleshooting capabilities. A highly skilled mechanical/hydraulic candidate or a candidate from a millwright background would also be considered. If we identify an exceptional Level 2 Maintenance Technician, the team is open to reviewing those profiles as well.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with AC/DC motors, drives, and power distribution
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings
- Experience performing preventive and reactive maintenance
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, and industrial safety procedures
- Experience with electrical test equipment (voltmeter, ammeter, ohm meter, megger)
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production equipment
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations when necessary

Day to Day
- Troubleshoot and repair extrusion and manufacturing equipment
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Manage work orders and maintenance schedules within CMMS
- Order replacement parts and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Support production uptime and reduce equipment downtime
- Escalate complex controls and PLC issues when necessary
- Mentor and develop junior maintenance technicians
- Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives
- Support plant operations during on-call and weekend coverage rotations
