Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment in accordance with safety standards, maintenance systems, and established processes. This role helps ensure equipment operates safely and reliably to support day-to-day operations, business goals, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Maintain the facility safely and efficiently by servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, facility systems, production equipment, and electrical systems. Ensure equipment remains functional, safe, and in good repair.

Maintenance work may be performed at elevations up to 200 feet.Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency breakdown support during production and non-production hours. Complete work in a timely manner while following OSHA lockout/tagout requirements and company safety regulations. Equipment may include mills, mixers, loaders, telehandlers, forklifts, skid steers, belt conveyors, drag conveyors, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveyors, dust collection systems, and bucket elevators.Assist with facility housekeeping by cleaning interior structures and exterior areas as needed.

Maintain a safe work environment at all times and promptly report unsafe practices or potential hazards to the Facility Manager.High school diploma or GEDStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience and knowledge in industrial maintenance and preventative maintenance (mechanical and electrical)Proven experience to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screeningFlexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsMust be comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spacesMust be able to work in environments with dust and airborne particles, including grain dustExperience in a grain facility preferred but not required
