In this field-based role, you’ll perform intermediate-level maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. You will complete work orders, conduct inspections, ensure homes are move-in ready, and respond to resident service requests with urgency and professionalism.
