Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving various maintenance issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and assisting in the installation of new equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years of industrial experienceIndustrial Mechanic and/or Electrical trainingProven experience as a maintenance technician or similar roleAbility to use multimeters and general instrumentation (HMI, PLCs, remote I/O, etc.)Ability to read and understand schematics/drawings, mechanical printsProficiency in using hand and power toolsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, etc.Knowledge of CMMS (Limble)ResponsibilitiesPerform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve any maintenance issuesConduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing partsTroubleshoot and install the following: vacuum pumps, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, servo pumps (Hibr), AC/DC motors, and electrical components (relays, contractors, fuses, I/O modules)Learn and retain knowledge of the basic work instructions for all unit operations by interacting with operators and engineers as needed to support troubleshooting activitiesCollaborate with other team members to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasksAssist in the installation of new equipment activities and repairsAdhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulationsWhat We OfferWhether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
