Fath Properties is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician to support our multifamily apartment communities. In this Facilities & Maintenance role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to ensure safe, comfortable homes for residents.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, troubleshooting HVAC and related electrical/mechanical issues, and supporting capital improvements.
