Maintenance TechnicianJoin True Harmony Company as a Maintenance Technician at our Ely, Nevada campus. Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping systems running smoothly? True Harmony Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the performance and upkeep of our equipment and systems in our cannabis facilities and large-scale, state-of-the-art greenhouse.In this role, you'll work under limited supervision to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical components. From performing installations and test runs to supporting operations during peak seasons, you'll play a vital role in performing maintenance tasks to support facility operations at our 250,000 sq. ft.

Alt, US-93, Ely, NV 89301 (Near intersection of US Rt 93 & US Alt Route 93). Schedule: The schedule is Monday-Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm. (natural disasters, or major emergency incidents)Performs other related duties as assigned.Supportive FunctionsMay be required to help with general field operations at peak season or slow mechanical periods throughout the yearMeets with management regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as necessaryCommunicates with the management team to order replacement parts for machinesRequirements Education & ExperienceMust be at least 21 years oldMust be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain necessary licenses to work in the cannabis industryHigh school diploma or equivalentWillingness to work flexible hours as neededGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamExperience as a maintenance technicianBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systemsKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsExperience with welding and fabricationKnowledge of computers, email and mobile appsExcellent troubleshooting skills with high attention to detailMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 poundsNice to HavesCertificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant fieldWelding experienceHarvest machinery experiencePlumbing experienceCertified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)Commercial Driver's LicensePhysical Requirements: Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Standing/Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, often in a greenhouse environment. Repetitive Motion: Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching. Manual Dexterity: Proficient hand-eye coordination Work Environment: Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels typical of greenhouse environments.
