Job Description

IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Adams Thermal Systems. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to keep manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
  • Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe and proper operation
  • Complete assigned work orders and maintenance documentation
  • Perform basic electrical work
  • Assist with welding and metal fabrication as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all PPE and plant safety requirements
  • Work with production and other departments to resolve equipment issues JobTarget

Qualifications

  • Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and mechanical systems is a plus
  • Strong electrical aptitude preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 2-year degree in Electrical, SCADA, or Electromechanical is preferred
  • Ability to lift approximately 50–70 lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts when needed
