What

You'll

Do

  • Complete Work Orders:

    Use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.

  • Manage Unit Turns:

    Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.

  • Handle Emergencies:

    Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.

  • Maintain High Standards:

    Keep our communities in top shape and document your work properly.

  • Stay Certified:

    Maintain

    any required certifications for the role.

What

  • Experience:

    At least 1 year

    of

    maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
