Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair farm equipment, machinery, and facilities with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
- Keep the maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with training junior maintenance technicians.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic carpentry and equipment repair skills.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs.
