In this resident-first role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on apartments, building systems, and common areas, ensuring a safe, comfortable, resort-style environment. Duties include troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues; completing work orders; assisting with room turns and small projects; and coordinating vendors as needed.
You’ll work on-site, collaborate with a service-focused team, and interact daily with residents in a respectful, compassionate manner.
