Property Maintenance TechnicianEastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Placerville, CA. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and experienced in completing maintenance requests while maintaining a safe and attractive property.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete resident work orders accurately and in a timely manner.Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repairs.Prepare vacant units for new residents, including unit turns and renovations.Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property.Maintain the property's appearance through routine inspections and grounds maintenance.Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs.Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when needed.Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and inventory.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and team members.QualificationsPrevious apartment, property, facilities, or building maintenance experience.Strong knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair.Experience completing work orders and unit turns.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.OSHA certification or trade certifications are a plus.
