Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and come grow your career in a fun, inclusive, and established business that is supportive with lots of opportunity for advancement.A day in the life: What you doResponsible for assisting with the correct maintenance, installation and operation of all equipment, HVAC, compressed air, chill water, and electrical systems within the facility.Help to manage the compliance with necessary Federal, State and local safety and health, environmental, building and fire standards.Manage the Preventative Maintenance Program for all equipment within the facility.Ensure expectations are met for all outside Wildpack work.Assist with any needed installation of new equipment and facility management.Perform all other duties as assignedWork Schedule:Weekday and Weekend hours on consistent rotationFlexible 8-12 hour shifts with the opportunity for overtimeQualifications: What you knowMinimum 2-3 years related experience in an industrial/ warehouse/manufacturing environmentAble to do minor electrical/ mechanical repairs such as change motors and gearboxes and all power transmission items related to sameMust be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organizedKnowledge of all applicable government regulationsMust have good judgment and sound decision making skillsCapable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting (up to 50 pounds periodically w/ lift assist device)Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarmsInfrequent local travel may be requiredYour Benefits: What you getHourly rate plus bonusMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance contribution from companyGenerous PTO
