A day in the life includes but is not limited to:Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-conditionRespond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)Perform on-call emergency service as requiredAssist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as neededAssist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debrisWho and what skills are we looking for?A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turnsBasic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skillsEPA Type II or Universal is REQUIREDEnergetic, responsible and organizedA true team-player mentalityMaxx Properties Overview:MAXX Properties owns and manages multifamily apartment communities in six states nationwide.
