We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a great direct-hire opportunity with a manufacturing team! 1st or 2nd shift is available.
$27–$37/hour, based on experience
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:15 AM–4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:15 PM–6:30 AM
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Work with PLCs, automation, VFDs, motor controls, robotics, and HMI systems
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Maintain work orders and maintenance records
- Assist with facility and utility maintenance
- Follow LOTO and all safety procedures
- Maintain GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards
- Partner with production to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- PLC, automation, robotics, or mechatronics experience is a plus
- Safety- and quality-focused mindset
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
