Maintenance Technician
Hunt Club Apartments
Copley/Fairlawn
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician for our 260-unit apartment community in the Copley/Fairlawn area.
We are fully staffed with a team of four technicians, allowing for a manageable workload and strong team support. On-call rotation is one week per month when fully staffed.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive benefits and consistent hours.
Responsibilities
* Complete service requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
* Perform apartment turns and unit preparation
* Preventative maintenance
* Troubleshoot and repair building systems
* Provide professional customer service to residents
Qualifications
* Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
* Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general repairs
* HVAC experience is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong reliability and attendance
Requirements
* Must have a reliable vehicle to use during the workday
* Must pass background check
* Must pass drug screening (including marijuana)
Compensation & Benefits
* 4 weeks PTO (prorated in first year)
