Join our Engineering team as a PM Maintenance Technician and help keep our beautiful mountain lodge and guest facilities operating at their best.As a PM Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for our guests by maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems.
If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and enjoy a variety of maintenance work, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoRespond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and departments in a timely manner.Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and building systems.Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs involving: Electrical systemsPlumbingCarpentryPaintingMechanical equipmentRepair or replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, locks, plumbing fixtures, and other building components.Maintain HVAC equipment by changing filters, belts, and performing routine inspections.
