Job Description
- Perform daily walk through of the Irving Consolidated Facility and grounds
- Maintain HVAC Certifications to be able to coordinate and repair HVAC systems that are the responsibility of the Bank
- Conduct routine maintenance as required in banking centers and support centers
- Meet with contractors to discuss the following (air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, janitorial services, landscaping, painters, etc.)
- Escort fire department and fire alarm monitoring personnel during inspections
- Ensure bank elevators are properly maintained and inspected
- Contact outside vendors for pickup and retention of bank files
- Update supervisor on all projects and maintenance issues
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- May be required to climb ladders and/or perform work which requires bending low
- Frequent standing and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
