Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep our high-speed bakery manufacturing lines running safely and reliably. In this on-site role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and help minimize unplanned downtime. You’ll work closely with production, quality, and safety teams in a fast-paced, food-safe environment, supporting continuous improvement, rigorous safety standards, and consistent product quality while documenting work in our maintenance systems.
