This role ensures KPS Global meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards and satisfies customer requirements.Major ResponsibilitiesPerforming duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and KPS Global Code of Conduct requirementsOperating hand tools including electrical and pneumatic powered toolsRepairing basic electrical and mechanical systems like wiring, switches, tools, and manually operating plant equipmentReading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals to determine appropriate maintenance and repair needsTroubleshooting production equipment, powered industrial trucks, hoists, tools, and company vehicles to determine maintenance and service requirementsFabricating production/facility equipment using welding, brazing, plumbing, and basic electrical knowledgePerforming preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities as requiredLoading, unloading, lifting, and moving parts and equipment in preparation for inspection, maintenance, or service using powered industrial trucks and overhead lifting equipment as requiredCompleting and maintaining all associated electronic processes and paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding, and shipping/receiving materialsMaintaining departmental housekeeping and 5S standardsRequired Skills1 – 3 years of industrial maintenance experienceProficient in MS Office programsAbility to demonstrate safe and effective operation of required equipment, tools, and powered industrial trucksAbility to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and measuring devicesAbility to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to read, speak, write, and understand basic EnglishAbility to maintain a valid driver license and required industrial truck certificationsMust be able to stand and walk on concrete up to 100% of the work dayMust be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouchMust be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs alone and over 50lbs with assistanceMust be able to climb and balanceMust be able to use hands to reach, handle, and/or feelMust have manual dexterity in hands for tool usageMust be able to visually inspect productsMust be able to wear all required personal protective equipmentJob Location4201 Beach Street, Fort Worth, TexasPosition TypeFull-Time/Regular
