Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician has overall responsibility for providing high quality services and responses to a wide range of facility and equipment maintenance solutions. The Maintenance Technician also performs maintenance duties necessary to maintain the physical condition of fitness and tanning equipment and the overall appearance of assigned clubs. In your role, you will:Assign tickets through work order system for all repairs related to fitness and spa equipment for your assigned club locations unless under manufacturer warrantyHave responsibility for maintenance of all fitness and spa equipment per the manufacturer guidelines on a recurring scheduleOrder parts and purchase supplies on an as needed basis to enhance the member experience in our clubsUpdate ticketing system and close out tickets when work is completedHave a set of clubs assigned to you as part of your territory to provide maintenance on fitness and spa equipmentAddressing facility-related work orders (lighting, plumbing, flooring, etc.)Supporting PM efforts on facility infrastructure (HVAC filters, water softener, etc.)Triaging what can be handled in-house vs.
