Guidewire Inc is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to help keep our cloud-based insurance platform secure, reliable, and performant. You’ll monitor production systems, investigate and resolve incidents, and execute routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades. Working closely with engineering, SRE, and support teams, you’ll follow runbooks, refine operational processes, and contribute to automation that reduces toil and downtime.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented technologists who enjoy solving infrastructure and application issues in a collaborative, low-ego, global engineering culture.
