Maintenance Team Lead

I am looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Lead for reputable manufacturing company here in Butler, WI (53007) . This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $40-46/hr (based on experience) & Benefits & Profit Sharing

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F

Remote: No- 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily maintenance oversight and team leadership supporting the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives for the manufacturing location.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Support production and new product introduction priorities
• Create, assign, prioritize, and track maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of all repair and preventive maintenance activities.
• Support new product introductions and new equipment installations
• Manage maintenance parts and supplies inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and organization, to minimize downtime and ensure parts availability. xhqgsiq
• Repair and maintain company machinery as directed according to blueprints, catalogs, and data charts.
• Accredited journeyman apprenticeship in machine repair preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in diversified machine operations
• Requires knowledge of machining technology, electrical codes, mechanical principles, advanced shop mathematics, job layout and precision measuring procedures, setups, tooling application, and operating methods
• Must be able to read and comprehend PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
• Background in plastic injection molding a plus
