In this role, you will lead a small team of technicians to keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and reliably. You will coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and prioritize work based on production needs.
You will ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, maintain accurate maintenance records, and support continuous improvement. This role is on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative, and safety-focused environment.
