The Maintenance Support Manager oversees maintenance operations across multiple markets, providing leadership to Maintenance Supervisors and ensuring consistent execution of maintenance standards, training, and regional performance outcomesKey ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and coach Maintenance Supervisors and regional technical teamsCreate and implement maintenance programs, standards, and best practicesOversee regional budget, parts management, and vendor relationshipsReview and analyze uptime, repair costs, and maintenance KPIsIdentify systemic issues and drive long-term improvement initiativesPartner with Operations, Training, and Safety teams to align on prioritiesEnsure strong execution of maintenance support for new site openingsProvide escalation support for complex or high-impact equipment failuresQualifications5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilitiesStrong technical background in car wash systems or similar automated equipmentExceptional communication and leadership skillsProven ability to lead multi-unit technical operationsSuccess Factors / CompetenciesStrategic thinking & systems-level leadershipData-driven decision-makingTraining, coaching, and team developmentAbility to influence cross-functional partnersBase Pay Range$117,000.00 - $208,900.00
