West Fraser is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will plan, prioritize, and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance to maximize equipment uptime, ensure safety, and support production goals. You will schedule and direct a multi-trade team, coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, manage contractors, and drive continuous improvement in reliability.
Partnering closely with operations, you’ll promote a safety-first culture and help develop skilled tradespeople while supporting sustainable, modern wood products manufacturing.
