CalPortland is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at our mining and materials production facilities. You will plan, prioritize, and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance for plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing contractors, and maintaining parts inventory. You will enforce safety and environmental standards, support continuous improvement, collaborate with operations on downtime reduction, and help drive CalPortland’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
