Maintenance SupervisorJoin Clariant's Care Chemicals business unit as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our plant operations. In this position, you will lead a skilled maintenance team, coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities to keep equipment safe and efficiently. You will balance priorities and resources to minimize downtime, support production targets, and respond effectively to operational needs.
At the same time, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing team capabilities, enhancing equipment reliability, and driving proactive maintenance practices.
