Maintenance SupervisorSeeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor 10 – 12 Maintenance Technicians.This will be a highly visible role and will be responsible for many new projects for facility expansions and equipment placement and upgrades.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee maintenance of various fabrication and CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipmentWork with creating and standardizing preventative maintenance schedulesAnalyze troubleshooting in machine breakdown situationsHighlighting any faults or damage to the machine, guarding or toolingUtilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operationsWorking with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failureIdeal Experience:Ability to communicate and work well with othersExperience in supervisor groups of maintenance techs or other related skill setsAbility to read blueprints and schematics and documentationAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve on the floorPrevious experience in sheet metal fabrication a plusStrong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
