Maintenance SupervisorSchedule: Full-Time | Day ShiftWhat You'll DoLead daily maintenance activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance personnel to support both individual and team performance.Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment issues.Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance work through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).Partner with operations, safety, environmental, and leadership teams to support production goals and facility needs.Manage repair projects and communicate progress to key stakeholders.Ensure equipment, facilities, and maintenance practices comply with applicable safety and operational requirements.Coordinate outside contractors and service providers when necessary.Promote a disciplined, organized, and safety-focused work environment.Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.What Success Looks LikeIncreased equipment uptime and reliabilityEffective preventive maintenance executionStrong safety performanceImproved maintenance planning and schedulingTeam development and accountabilityCross-functional collaboration across operations and support departmentsEfficient completion of maintenance projects and repairsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious leadership experience within maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial operations.Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and related documentation.Experience working with CMMS and/or ERPHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
