Nu-Wool is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and help drive equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing operation. This is more than a typical maintenance supervisor role. You'll have the opportunity to lead technicians, oversee preventive maintenance programs, coordinate facility projects, and partner with Operations to improve plant performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate contractors and outside service providers
- Support equipment upgrades and plant improvement projects

Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Required Skills
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems is a plus
