Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of 4 non-union Maintenance Technicians on 2nd
- Serve as a hands-on, floor-driven leader who drives preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensure accountability for PM completion and uphold equipment reliability standards across the facility
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues including PLC programming, robotics, and heavy mechanical systems
- Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to enhance technical skills and professional xhqgsiq growth
Key Requirements
- Strong electrical skills with expertise in PLC troubleshooting and programming preferred
- Robotics experience is a plus
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience supervising maintenance personnel
